We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a big investment in anyone’s life and that, unfortunately, accidents happen when you least expect it. As the owner of such a vehicle, you do have a choice as to whom you entrust the repair work to. Therefore, our mission is to become the best repair service provider. We are dedicated to building a long-term relationship with all our clients through consistently delivering enduring quality, exceptional customer support, and unrivaled after-repair service.
Our Team
We believe that on-going training is the key to providing the best service. Our refinishing staff receives on-the-job training from our paint suppliers, and we are training an in-house estimator to provide us with precise and accurate estimates of vehicle damage. Furthermore, we ensure the safety of our team and property with a trained First Aider, Fire Marshall and SHE Officer on site. Additional training is scheduled in the future, to ensure that we keep abreast of developments in the auto repair industry.

Our Operations
We aspire to provide our clients with a stress-free collision repair experience, as being in an accident is upsetting enough. To ensure peace of mind as well as security, all vehicles are stored under cover. We are AA approved and repairs undertaken are carried out in a proficient and professional manner resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. We also hold a Dent Doctor Franchise and minor repairs are normally completed within 24 hours. In addition to the above we hold Factory Approval to repair many of the major brands including Toyota, Hyundai, Citroen, Daihatsu, Kia, Tata, Ford, Mazda, GWM, Geely, Renault, among others.

Our Equipment
QA Auto Body uses state-of-the-art equipment to achieve top quality work. The company has installed the Celette jig vehicle repair system to meet changes in automotive design, which now uses the monocoque undercarriage for safety reasons and a pre-programmed cold traction system that 'uncrumples' the damage while ensuring that the material does not lose its inherent strength. In addition to the technical benefits, the system is fast and efficient, enhancing productivity and providing guaranteed repairs. At QA Auto Body, this repair system is supported by a full range of specialist welding, cutting, shaping and finishing skills, as well as two baking ovens and a computerised paint blending facility to ensure precise colour matching. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our paintwork if all conditions are met.
Service Area
We are based in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. Our service areas include surrounding areas such as Vereeniging, Sasolburg, Meyerton, Alberton, Heilbron, Villiers, and Johannesburg and the entire R59 and N1 motorways - but are not limited to only those. We have on occasion collected and delivered vehicles outside the South African borderet.
Store Room
Our trained storeroom personnel ensure that all parts are administrated, marked and stored. Paint and consumables are kept separate from parts due to the inflammable nature thereof. Paint released from the storeroom for mixing is recorded on a computerized stock inventory for control and allocation to vehicles.

Must I take my vehicle to a specific repair shop?
You can decide where your vehicle will be repaired. Just keep in mind, that if your vehicle is still under guarantee, it might be better to take your vehicle to an approved autobody repair shop. According to the Consumer Bill of Rights, you as the owner of a motor vehicle, have the right to choose the repair facility of your choice.
Do I need 3 Quotations for my car from repair shops?
No. The autobody industry utilizes a standard-sized and integrated estimating system that determines the cost of the repairs.
Can a repair shop waive my excess?
No. Only your insurance company has the power to waive your excess. It is the portion of your repair bill that your insurance policy states that you are responsible for. As the repair shop we, unfortunately, have no control over your excess amount, but, we have a Fender Bender finance option for you.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Every car is different and every accident is different. Availablity of part, shipping and manufacturing can play a major role in the actual time it takes to repair your car. Even small detail like paint colour or plastic parts can delay the repair process. It is however advisable to allow ample time to ensure proper care can be taken during the repair process.
